What this website collects.
This page is about the website only. How AMS itself handles data inside a deployment is covered by the agreement with that customer.
This notice is a factual description of what the site does, written by the people who built it. It has not been through legal review, and the retention period below is still being confirmed. Treat it as accurate about the mechanics and provisional about the commitments.
What we collect
Nothing at all, unless you send us an enquiry. This site sets no analytics cookies, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no fonts from another domain and has no tracking pixels. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One cookie is set when you open the contact form: an antiforgery token. It exists solely to prove the form was submitted from this site and not forged by another one. It is strictly necessary and carries no identifier we can use to follow you.
If you use the contact form
We receive, because you typed them:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The organisation you are with
- Your phone number, if you chose to give one
- What you wrote in the message box
- Which of the three enquiry types you selected
What happens to it
The enquiry is written to this site’s application log, which is where it is durably recorded, and emailed to the mailbox we use for enquiries. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation with you.
We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone outside Dynamic Build Systems, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Application logs are subject to the hosting platform’s own retention settings. A specific retention period is being confirmed and will be stated here.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you are, that right comes from the GDPR, from POPIA, or from both. Ask and we will do it — we are not going to make you cite a regulation first.
